Supply Chain Executive
These are the tasks we trust in you:
Handle entire end to end supply chain process for Philippine operations
Handle all importation process from PO (Purchase Order), securing the import permit up to goods arrival in warehouse with third party
Monitor and maintain stock levels for all products, coordinating with third party warehouse for slow and fast moving goods
Responsible for inventory planning, scheduling and control to achieve cost efficiency for all importation process
Arrange and coordinate logistics for on time deliveries to all customers and ensure product quality meets customer expectation, with all required documents
Liaise with internal supply team, customs officer, and quarantine officer for permit declarations and custom clearance
Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse companies to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements
Implement a logistic system to manage outgoing and incoming goods
Issue delivery receipts and sales invoices for transactions
Generation of reports ( inventory & order planning, sales data reporting)
To leave real 'foodprints' with us you need the following skills:
Minimum a Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent (prefer graduated from reputable university/college)
Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in supply chain operations
Strong understanding of domestic distribution, with the ability to describe national transport activities
Prior experience liaising with local forwarder & shipping agents
Possess knowledge about importation process and related government institutions
Able to multi-task and experience in logistic administration
Certificate in advanced English is essential
Candidate who has import working experience in a trading company will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Resident of Metro Manila or within an hour’s travel to Ortigas Center, Pasig
