Sales Manager (m/f)
As a real performer you are in charge of the following:
As a brand ambassador for BIOMIN you report to the local Sales Director. You are responsible for generating sales in your assigned region with existing and new customers. It is very important to us that you develop and maintain long-term relations with feed mills, distributors, farmers and integrators. You are our eyes and ears on the market and work closely together with our Technical Sales Managers. This is how you provide ideal support to both, current and prospective customers.

You should possess minimum a Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Animal Science, from a reputable University in Korea
Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant experience in the feed industry or animal production.
Proven track records in developing sales relationships and achieving results
Confident team player with excellent work ethic, interpersonal and time management skills
Good communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to write and speak English
Willingness to travel around your dedicated region/country
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule
Possess a valid driving licence
Business experience in feed additives and/or animal feed sales
Highly dedicated and outgoing personality with good communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, with a “can do” & cheerful attitude
Possession of valid passport for international travel
To promote sale of products and services to feed mills, integrators and dealers in Korea
Identify and develop project opportunities for new and established customers
Building up strong and sustainable customer relationships
Handling customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner
Provide technical assistance to customers
Manage sales process in CRM database
Conduct product training and infield support to the dealer sales network
Organizing seminars and exhibitions
Represent the company at various events and maintaining a pleasant and professional image
