These are the tasks we trust in you:
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budgets for markets and territories in cooperation with the sales team.
Develops and implements strategies to leverage national sales plans, territory plans and sales process to promote growth together with the sales team.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, supporting and training employees.Coordinates consistent training on products and sales tools in an effort to ensure current techniques
Ensure sales results by motivating, counseling and discipline (as needed). (Includes planning, monitoring and appraising job results).
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; seminars, trainings: reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Meet product margins by identifying market strategies, analyzing industry trends, understand customer needs and providing the customer solution.
Involved in GKA management, and participates in conferences, trainings, etc. to keep awareness of the current market
Researches pricing and strategy, including network cost/pricing and competitor analysis while evaluating the economic value of products.
Accesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products, services and/or solutions in order to meet sales targets/support the growth strategy
Develops medium to long-term sales plans and prepares strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
Resolves problems while ensuring customers receive high quality customer service.
To leave real 'foodprints' with us you need the following skills:
Degree in natural science or business administration with food/feed safety or food/feed industry background
Organizational & management competencies in building up and managing a team
Highly dedicated and proactive with good social skills
Excellent English language skills
Good presentation and communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% (including travel to our facility in Union, MO and Newark, Delaware.)

Your type of employment: 40 hours/week, full-time.
