PRODUCT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
These are the tasks we trust in you:
Are you looking for a position that allows you to expand your Food Safety knowledge?
Develop new application protocols for food safety needs (e.g. validation of new product matrices).
Do you enjoy troubleshooting and designing and executing experimental protocols utilizing your knowledge of chemistry and lab techniques?
Are you passionate about documentation processes and administering food safety training programs?
Do you enjoy providing support for new product introductions and supporting R&D through the Design process, validation studies, beta site studies and staff/customer training?
Passionate about communicating with others regarding product and market issues?
To leave real 'foodprints' with us you need the following skills:
2-3 years’ experience in a lab setting or a Bachelor’s of Science or recent college graduate (with minimal lab experience) and 1-2 years’ experience
Working knowledge of quality control and quality assurance programs.
An analytical background with experience in troubleshooting.
Excellent computer and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be based in Union (MO) (United States of America)
Your type of employment: 40 hours/week, full-time, permanent contract
