Customer Service Representative
These are the tasks we trust in you:
Acts as a liaison between current and potential customers and the company by diagnosing and solving customer inquiries.
Ensures customer product requests are being fulfilled and/or addressed.
Provide full-scope customer services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Opens and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
Disseminate information that promotes a favorable view of the organization, its products and services.
Access customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and/or solutions.
Provides customer service and support in the form of information on products/prices and resolve issues related to solving, key account billing, shipping, deliver, complaints, etc., to increase customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer-initiated calls to provide service, requests a product or service change, resolve a product, service or billing issue.
Strengthen client relationships by ensuring high-quality customer service and troubleshooting in order to retain current clients.
Review and process all customer invoices.
To leave real 'foodprints' with us you need the following skills:
CRM Experience/ Knowledge
1 - 3 years of related experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, and/ or Sales experience required
