chemical engineer / Technical SALES Manager (m/f)
These are the tasks we trust in you:
With your technical / chemical engineering education, you are advising laboratories as well as the food and feed companies to optimize their diagnostic solutions and building strong customer relationships through regular visits.
You spend approximately 60% of your time with your customers, carefully listening about their needs and advising them on best products to use. You demonstrate step by step what output can be achieved with our products / new state-of-the art technology.
You are growing your customers network, increasing sales of Romer Labs Russia, and are attending exhibitions, conferences and similar industry events.
You are learning about diagnostics market and are providing feedback to the team, helping with product improvements/further development.
To leave real 'foodprints' with us you need the following skills:
MSc (or PhD) in Chemical Engineering (or natural sciences)
Working experience in the lab, understanding of the labs´ needs – either from studies or from professional experience
Interest in developing sales and negotiation skills, through trainings and by learning-by-doing
Careful listening, good communication and presentation skills
Result-oriented, able to develop good relationship with customers
Willingness to travel (Mosow, Moscow Region or Russia) and a valid driving license
Fluent Russian language and good English skills
